Please find the details below regarding flight cancellations for the following routes due to the impact of Typhoon BAVI (Typhoon No. 9).

2. Reason : Flight cancellation due to the impact of Typhoon BAVI 3. Handling Guidelines A waiver for cancellation or itinerary change fees is permitted one time only. 1) Cancellation Fee & NO-SHOW Fee Waiver

¡Ø Please note that a waiver is NOT applicable if the ticket is refunded again after being changed from the cancelled flight. ¡Ø If the first segment of a round-trip itinerary is cancelled, the return flight will be automatically cancelled.
¡Ø If the suspended segment remains in ¡°HK¡± status, please make sure to enter the waiver code and manually process a full refund.
2) Change Fee Waiver WVR AUTH CODE: 26CHG
Changes are permitted up to +7 days from the original schedule.
Changing the return flight itinerary is allowed one time only, provided it is requested under the same booking CLS.
¡Ø Rerouting (change of segment) is NOT permitted.
¡Ø If the same CLS is not available, please book the lowest available CLS and reissue with NO-ADC.
¡Ø For tickets without checked baggage included, such as special fare classes T/E/I/A CLS, please request the segment change through our GDS Help Desk by email.
3) Please note that for passengers who cancelled or changed their flights prior to the official cancellation notice, the standard fees will apply. Other Notes
Even if the segment status has not changed to SC/UN and remains HK, if the flight is included in the suspension period, cancellation/change handling is required.
